1. Ensure standing on the scale barefoot
It is recommended to measure barefoot, as wearing socks and shoes may not yield accurate results
2. Keep the soles of your feet clean
- Please make sure the soles of your feet are clean, as dirt or excessive moisture on the soles may prevent successful measurement
3. Place the scale on a flat, hard surface
- The sensors on the scale’s feet need to make contact with a hard surface for more precise measurement feedback
4. Step on the scale correctly
- Stand with the center of the scale as a reference, please keep standing with both feet parallel on both sides. Ensure that both of your feet are in contact with all the electrode sensors on the scale’s surface.
5. Correct User Profile Setup
- Please make sure that the user’s settings for gender, height, and age are within a reasonable range. Users who are under 6 years old or weigh less than 40 pounds may not be able to measure body composition.
6. Check if the body fat scale has sufficient power
- After changing to new batteries or fully charging, please try again.
7. Body Fat Scale Device-Related Issues
If the above methods cannot solve the issue, it may be a device malfunction. Please contact the seller where you purchased the scale for after-sales support.
