2. Check if the body fat scale supports OKOK.
- Please check the manual or consult customer service to see if the body fat scale supports connecting to OKOK.

- ① Turn off your phone’s Bluetooth and then turn it on again.
- ② Completely close the app and reopen it. You can try both of these methods separately.
4. Restart the Body Fat Scale

5. Body Fat Scale Device-Related Issues
